This is precisely where one of Templet's particular strengths lies: the development of customized machine and plant solutions that are precisely tailored to the respective production process.

Our expertise extends far beyond classic pipe and cable applications.

Among other things, we develop plant and machine concepts for the Production of battery cells, where thin and delicate metal strips must be fed, processed, or joined together with precision. Especially in these demanding processes, controlled material handling, high repeatability, and reliable automation are crucial.

Another focus is on individual solutions for almost all applications, where Metal belts or foils are continuously fed into a production plantDepending on the requirements, we develop complete systems – from unwinding and straightening to centering and storage, all the way to precise feeding, trimming, forming, and welding. Fully automated coil changes and strip end joining can also be integrated into the overall process to minimize production interruptions.

Furthermore, Templet develops special machine solutions for the Manufacturing of window spacers as well as for other products made from thin metallic strips. Our many years of experience in precise strip guiding, roll forming technology and laser welding technology enable us to implement even unusual product geometries and demanding manufacturing processes economically.
