The Uncoiler—also referred to as a coil reel or Decoiler—is designed to hold and unwind coiled strip material with maximum precision. In combination with the downstream strip feeding system, it ensures a smooth, controlled, and continuous supply of material throughout the production process. Templet offers decoilers with load capacities ranging from 500 to 2,000 kg. Depending on the application, our systems are available with or without an electric drive. For continuous production and uninterrupted coil changes, dual decoiler configurations are typically used.

To accommodate the production of different tube diameters, the decoiler can be equipped with a transverse adjustment system, allowing precise alignment with the production line and providing maximum flexibility for changing product dimensions.
