Flexible, Powerful and Tailored to Your Requirements

Templet Deutschland GmbH offers decoilers for the safe handling and controlled unwinding of coiled strip material, with load capacities ranging from 500 to 2,000 kg. Depending on the application and production requirements, the decoilers are available with or without an electronic drive.

For high system availability, double decoilers can be used. While one coil is being processed, the second decoiler can already be prepared for the next coil change. This minimizes downtime and enables an almost continuous production process.

Flexible for Different Requirements

For production lines manufacturing different tube diameters, the decoilers can be designed with lateral adjustment across the production line. This allows flexible adaptation to different strip positions and production requirements.

Complete Systems from a Single Source

In addition to individual decoilers, Templet offers complete decoiling systems including drive technology, control systems, sensors and synchronization with upstream and downstream equipment. Upon request, we supply our systems as complete CE-compliant solutions, including all required safety and control technology.

Customized Solutions

In addition to our standard designs, we develop and manufacture custom-built decoilers for special materials, coil dimensions, load capacities and production processes – individually engineered to meet the specific requirements of each application.
