Roll forming tools

Using roll forming tools, also known as forming lines, flat metal strips are precisely formed into the required tube or profile geometry.

In our multilayer composite pipe production systems, the plastic inner pipe is encapsulated with a metal strip using a roll forming tool before being laser welded. Thanks to Templet's patented 10° forming technology, even ultra-thin materials can be processed with exceptional precision, outstanding surface quality, and maximum process stability. Our forming lines can also be seamlessly integrated into existing production systems. Tight manufacturing tolerances and superior surface finishes ensure consistently high-quality production.
